We accept returns within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Return conditions
To be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts and accessories. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery so we can review the situation.
Starting a return

- Wait for our instructions before shipping anything back.

Return shipping and fees
Return shipping is free for approved returns. We do not charge restocking fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method. It usually takes 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original item and place a new order.
